Owners of this LEED certified office building noticed the health of their ‘living atrium’ slowly declining in the years since its purchase. After clearing dead and dying plant material from the space, bed drainage and soil composition were rectified and surviving material was relocated. Approximately 60 individual plants representing nearly a dozen, site appropriate species were then sourced and installed.
